Whether you love Joe Wicks or you can’t stand his workouts, one thing is for sure, keeping fit is so important not just for our physical wellbeing but also for our emotional and mental wellbeing. 

Over 30 days may we encourage you in this fundraiser which you can do individually, in your family or with a team of friends. The Communicare 30 Day Fitness Challenge. 

By the end your fitness will be boosted, your energy levels will be soaring and you’d have the added satisfaction of knowing you have raised vital funds for Communicare.

You can create your own fitness plan, or you can check out this plan. Or you are very welcome to get in touch for some fitness plan ideas. 

Set up a Just Giving page. Set a financial goal and ask your friends, family and colleagues to donate. A great way to raise money, be kept accountable and become more healthy.
