Are you interested in journalism? Would you like to practise the skills of interviewing? If so, you could be just the person we’re seeking.
COMMUNICARE is a church supported social outreach charity working across the city. We seek to serve the vulnerable in our communities by providing practical help and friendship for people living in the city of Southampton. The charity links local volunteers to people in need, offering a variety of practical help and emotional support.
3-10 hours per week, Nov & Dec 2019 – expenses paid
As a Journalism Volunteer you will:
- Help create copy for the Echo newspaper for the Tree of Light project
- Work with the existing PR team
- Gain hands on experience in the real world
