Can you help financially to meet the increased need? We couldn’t do it without supporters like you.
Here at Communicare we are a friendly, neighbourhood charity dedicated to eradicating loneliness, supporting the city’s vulnerable and isolated. Our services are staffed by a team of dedicated people and committed, kind-hearted Communiteers who volunteer and give their time freely.
Every penny we receive helps to continue and grow our valuable work. We don’t charge our service users a penny for the services they receive, and therefore are dependent on donations and grants to meet our essential outgoings.
We whole-heartedly appreciate any donations that you can give. Whether your donation is small or large, regular or one off, what you donate will be gratefully received and used to make a difference.

Giving £5.00 per month will enable us to buy a new game for an isolated person or social group
£10.00 per month*
Giving £10.00 per month will enable us to coordinate 6 Hello Southampton welfare calls
£20.00 per month*
Giving £20.00 per month will enable us to transport a lonely service user to our lunch club each week
£30.00 per month*
Giving £30.00 per month will enable us to mail out an activity pack to over 20 isolated people.
£50.00 per month*
Giving £50.00 per month will enable us to host a small tea party for a number of service users

* We use JustGiving to receive our donations. JustGiving is quick, easy and clear to use and they only charge a small fee if the donation is GiftAided.
To avoid this fee: some of our wonderful supporters have avoided this fee by setting up a monthly standing order with their bank/building society directly to us. This can be completed with your bank online, via the telephone or by popping into your local branch.
