Southampton Marathon – Pike Family
The Pike Family (Jenny, Ben, Nikki & Matthew) have all entered the 10k in aid of Communicare in Southampton and the help it provides to the Haven Lunch Club. They all walk/run to keep fit and get out into the fresh air, but Ben says a great perk of running in large events is you sometimes get sweets on the way round! That’s our kind of talk. On a more serious note, Jenny wants to remind others of the importance of exercise in building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Best of luck guys!
