Summer Picnic Tea Party

Central Community Church were a wonderful team to work with today. They took charge of the kitchen and were so helpful throughout with tables, entertaining, serving food etc.

Some 40 people enjoyed entertainment from musicians, Dave & Tom ‘The Elderlies’ as well as eating lots of cake, sandwiches and strawberries & cream – yum!

Some of the clients even chose to share their sandwiches with the Carer Bears that had travelled to see us. See post below for more information about them.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to host an East tea party this month. However, we’re working on setting one up for July instead.
