Ode to Communicare

From an idea and a dream

A gathering of few

Rose a wonderful concept

And many bonds grew

 

A reach out to neighbours

To support all year round

A link between friends

To find common ground

 

A sit down and chat

A listening ear

A supporting cuddle

If shedding a tear

 

A smiling face

With a helping hand

Encouragement to laugh

to make you feel grand

 

Life, love and laughter

For all to share

This is our friend

Our Communicare.
