Hospital Homecoming Launch Party

We have recently been successful in obtaining funding through the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for a new project Hospital Homecoming. Hospital Homecoming is a partnership project between the NHS and Communicare to match people coming out of hospital with local volunteers who can provide short term support.

Our official launch is going to be lots of fun and a great opportunity to find out more about the project!
