SGM & Safeguarding Session

We had a brilliant turn out to the SGM and safeguarding awareness raising today. These were both really important topics so we were delighted so many of you could support it. For volunteers that were unable to attend, we’ll put further details from the Safeguarding session in the ‘Volunteer Extra’ news sheet.

During the SGM, we agreed the accounts as well as officially appointing our two new trustees, Carolyn Page & David Thomas.  Both came forward at the AGM and had their positions confirmed at the SGM.

Thank you to the Quays for the venue and free parking throughout the session. The crèche provided a very colourful room which helped to lighten a serious discussion topic.
