A fundraising challenge with a view – Jurassic Coast

Update: Registration has now closed.

We always really look forward to our big fundraising challenges and this year is no exception as we are looking for people to trek 25 miles across two days along Dorset’s stunning Jurassic coast from Lulworth to Studland.

 Hike for a good cause

Participants should have some experience with hiking as it is a moderate to challenging walk, however they will be rewarded with some fantastic views, as well as knowing they have done their bit to help us support vulnerable, lonely and isolated people in Southampton.

The undulating cliffs provide stunning views over the sea and surrounding landscape and offer a very worthy challenge! This event is organised by Different Travel – all information and support will be received directly through them.

Camping under the stars

As part of the challenge, you’ll spend two nights camping at Acton Field Campsite with spectacular views over Swanage Bay, the Purbeck Hills and the Isle of Wight. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) the campsite is the perfect mid-way base to explore this picturesque part of English coastline.

Registration

There is a registration fee of £95 payable by each person at the time of booking. Then £460 will need to be raised for us 12 weeks before departure. This includes the £230 tour costs and a £230 donation to charity.
