Thank you to retiring trustees

Two of our Trustees came to the end of their current term of office and have chosen not to re-stand this year – David Thomas and Hannah Silver.

David had joined Communicare’s team, staffing the newly established Woolston office in 2009; helping match volunteers with service-users. He completed lots of volunteering roles ranging from inducting new volunteers to weeding gardens! David has given years of service as a Trustee and remains a hands-on volunteer.

Hannah began her journey with Communicare as the Project Manager when the Hospital Homecoming project was launched. After successful set-up, Hannah moved onto different employment, following her passion in HR. Later, Hannah joined our Board of Trustees and advised and supported for three years.
