We are looking for a Bakery Manager and a Lead Baker who both have BIG hearts to make a positive difference!

Bakery Manager
Would it fill you with JOY to be a Bakery Manager?
Do you take pride in building strong relationships with customers, businesses and team members?
Or perhaps you know someone that would feel hugely excited to take on this role?
For the Bakery Manager we are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly candidate. They will be in charge of a small team, taking a lead to help the bakery expand our customer base, build new and ongoing relationships and ensuring outstanding customer service. They do not need bakery experience.

Lead Baker
Perhaps you are someone that LOVES baking?
Maybe you’re an experienced baker looking for a new challenge?
Or perhaps you know someone that would be the perfect Lead Baker for us?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Baker who works well within a small team. As a new business the Lead Baker will be vital in the growth and development of an expanding product range.
